Please allow 3 working days before contacting us and please try your local delivery office as they may have been unable to deliver your parcel. If this still has not rectified the problem please contact us and a support member of staff will advise how to proceed.
In the checkout cart there’s a section entitled Discount Codes. Simply enter your code and click apply coupon. If your coupon is valid this will then be applied to your order and will show as a “Discount” just above the Grand total.
Your tracking code is allocated at the time your order is processed, however this doesn’t get activated until the order has arrived at the first stage of its journey. So please allow 24 hours for the code to become active.
